So, again it has been a long time since I have written to you all. In our day-to-day lives, we often think of burnout as something that only happens at our jobs. In actuality, burnout can occur anywhere. Moms can experience burnout from dealing with the kids, the chores, and even their spouse. Today, I want to talk about what you can do to take a few stolen minutes for yourself. Every day, set aside 5 to 10 minutes for yourself to start your healing journey. I don’t care if the kitchen is on fire or your spouse is complaining about something they can do themselves. Take a deep breath and repeat: I need a few minutes to regroup. I can’t be my best or give you my best if I am drowning. Trust me, I know all about drowning. It can feel like standing in the middle of a crowded mall screaming, and no one hears you. Heartbreaking. But today, we stop the heartbreak and say enough is enough. Putting on a few pounds

I have found this has been the conversation of many women. Over the years women & men have put on a few pounds. The weight may come from being comfortable with past/present lovers, children, depression or just a love for food. Before I go forward with anything I pray about it. I didn't have the weight light bulb go off until I realize how fast 40 was coming(this yr). And I decided to make the change for me last year. Don't let anyone shame you into losing weight, because you'll start but may not finish cause you heart isn't in it. You'll know when it's the right time and once you start it will become your addiction. Losing weight is a lifestyle change. I wish you well on your journey. Have faith and don't get discourage.
