Been Some Time Now

So, again it has been a long time since I have written to you all. These days are built with stress, unusual worries and as always relationship problems. 

This world has brought so many uncertainties and with the latest government takeover this seems to be a shitty country to be living in. So, Trump is now the president again for a second and final term we pray. His yes men and women now have us in an unwanted war with Iran. And let me say Iran isn’t playing with nobody these days. Like why Trump would even mess with those people. Gas prices are so high right now you must decide if you want food or gas to go to work. Damn shame you know. however, so many of us American are in the sinking ship together. Just unrealistic half of America is unemployed and up to their neck in debt. The bill collectors are calling daily, banks are taking credit cards back and landlords could care less about your unemployment. Is this what MAGA wanted when they voted for him, cause Hunny I voted for the black lady. Race doesn't even matter when it comes to voting Hillary was white and she lost to him, so the reality is that America isn't ready for a Women President. Damn shame you know. 

Funny thing about all this chaos is some of us are still trying to find our person. Even if you have a potential partner everyone is so wrapped in themselves that they forget to even care about the person they are in a relationship with. Which I think is crazy. Cause if you’re my person my whole world could be coming down and I would want to seek solace in my person.  Yet people don’t even care about their person or even find a potential person to grow old with. There are more women than men. Which gives men the playground to use, abuse and play with as many women as possible and lie when they get caught.. Not even going to bash men in this blog, because women aren’t any better. Just a bunch of people using and abusing each other. One traumatic relationship after the other. SMH

Anyways I digress and I will be chatting with all regularly, well at least try too. I hope you are doing okay and remember we are all in this sinking ship together so care for your neighbor and be kind you don’t know what they could be going through. Miracles and Blessings- Char.

So as black women we have to do better when it comes to our attitude about things. Five reasons I think we should do better are listed below: 1. Because you aren't always right. Other people have an opinion too. Your word isn't the be all and end all. 2. Setting a better example of what a proud black women can and will be. We all aren't angry,loud, rude or disorderly. Some of us actually have our shit together. 3. You will run off a good man. I will hear some of you say if he is a good man than he shouldn't run.   So, it's been almost a year since I wrote a blog post. And I have to tell you a lot has happened. Your girl found herself and she realized her worth. No more trying to look for love in all the wrong places. I really had to start loving me. For those of you out there that are wondering if you can stand on your own two (2) feet?
