I love the way you smell, the way you slightly tilt your head
The way you lay so still in bed.
I love the way you extend your arm for me to lay in.
The touch of your arm closing in to pull me closer to your chest
Which I think is the best
I love the touch of us spooning while we sleep, a sleep that is so deep
Your touch is the best and I guess that just like me you love my caress.

In our day-to-day lives, we often think of burnout as something that only happens at our jobs. In actuality, burnout can occur anywhere. Moms can experience burnout from dealing with the kids, the chores, and even their spouse. Today, I want to talk about what you can do to take a few stolen minutes for yourself. Every day, set aside 5 to 10 minutes for yourself to start your healing journey. I don’t care if the kitchen is on fire or your spouse is complaining about something they can do themselves. Take a deep breath and repeat: I need a few minutes to regroup. I can’t be my best or give you my best if I am drowning. Trust me, I know all about drowning.
